If you need to downgrade your account for some reason, please click more > downgrade account on the package you need to downgrade.

Select number of account you wish to downgrade to. Noted that, you can downgrade but not below than number of active account. For example, if you have total active 12 accounts, you cannot downgrade to 10ip hosting.

Click on the button “I am sure that I need to downgrade!”
