At MultipleCloud, you can see our server status and known issue in cloudStatus system. You can see cloudStatus in client area.
1. Login to you client area (https://clients.multiplecloud.com/clientarea.php)
Enter your email that registered with us and your password (You can see your login detail in welcome email that sent once you signed up).
2. Click Manage my hosting > cloudStatus menu on the left hand side.
3. You will see server status for all of your account you have with us.
