Do not use default theme for every blog network. Because it easy to detect by search engine. Changing theme different for every blog is required if you need quality blog network.
Install new theme
1. Login to your wordpress site
2. Go to Appearance > Themes
3. Click tab “Install themes”
4. We recommend you searching theme in wordpress.org official only for security reason (You can search in theme page). Once you already have selected theme, click “install now” and “activate”
Install plugin
WordPress has many plugin that will make wordpress powerful. You can install official wordpress plugin (from wordpress.org) directly from wp-admin
1. Login to your wordpress site
2. Go to Plugins > Add new
3. Search for plugin you want to install
4. Click “install now” and “activate”
