1. Check you name server – Go to intodns.com and enter your domain, check if your dns is correct.
2. IP blocking – It may that your computer ip was somehow blocked by our server, please go to whatismyip.com and send us your computer ip address. Then we will check further.
3. Do traceroute by open command prompt and type “tracert ip” where ip is our server ip that you having trouble. Traceroute can tell you what is connection route will be go through and where is connection was died.
4. Check cloudStatus for current issue or submit ticket to us, so we can looking further.
